Rent a fully furnished air-conditioned 48'or 56' houseboat on the St. Johns River or Lake Eufala in DeLand, Florida and Stigler, Oklahoma. The houseboats are valued by the marinas at over $100,000. The furnished houseboats sleeps 6 / 8 adults. They have a salon-living room, diningroom-kitchen, private bath w/shower, 2/4 private bedrooms and sofa that converts to full-size bed. It is furnished with sheets and linens, generator,T.V.,VCR, AM-FM and Ship to Shore radio....all you need to bring is your food and drink!   HollyBluff Marina is only an hour by car to Disney World or Daytona. The scenery on the St. Johns River is breathtaking, with birds,wildlife, manatee and wonderful fishing.The river channel and lake are well marked. There are numerous marinas and restaurants on the river or lake for your enjoyment. You are your own Captain, so you get to see, stay and go when you want to. In the evening you can tie up at a marina or anchor in a quiet cover and fire up the grill on the covered front deck. HollyBluff Marina is privately owned and manages houseboats for Grand Lakeview Resort Club in Canada. HollyBluff Marina has received the Resort of International Distinction Award every year since 1988.Upon making your reservation, you will receive information about our marina and the houseboat you will be boarding. Listed below are additional fees you will incur upon check-in:Damage Waiver: GLRC carries insurance against general charter risks. Should loss or damage occur to the boat, including the propeller and out drive during charter, Charterer's liability for such loss or damage will be $1500. The Charterer may choose to purchase an optional damage waiver for $100 which would reduce the liability for such loss to the first $500 of damage. At check in, charterer will be given the choice of Option #1 or Option #2 as described below. Option #1:. $1500 damage deposit which is fully refundable at the end of your stay should no damage occur. (You can use your credit card)     Option #2: $500 refundable damage deposit plus a $100 non-refundable insurance buy down. Houseboat Orientation and Captains fee $50           Waste Pump-Out: $35                                                                       Propane: $15  optional  (for the gas grill) We do accept pets for an additional charge of $10 per night.   You are welcome to stay overnight anytime during your stay. At our marina your boat will be plugged into electric, water and cable TV. There is a $10 per night charge for utilities for each night you stay at our dock.Linens are furnished onboard each houseboat. However, unlike a hotel, linens are not replaced on a daily basis. The linens onboard are for use during your entire stay. A coin laundry is on the premises should you need to do laundry during your stay. Pay phone and restrooms with handicap accessible shower are available twenty four hours per day. Visit the marina store for ice, sodas, chips, snacks, post cards, gifts, and various convenience items. Several good restaurants are located within a few miles of the marina.
