Latex are purchased in bulk and repackaged for resale as some mylars. All BULK latex are checked for imperfections prior to listing. Auctions will indicate which applies. Latex balloons will float for 8-10 hours with helium depending on temperature and atmosphere, the cooler the weather the longer the float time.
