YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PRICE ANYWHERE!!! Pre-Plan Now!! Don't wait until you need them. We have a total of 7 burial plots available. They are located in Elm Ridge Cemetery, Hwy 32, Muncie, IN. Lot# 67, Section: #1 Memorial Garden, Elm Ridge Memorial Park. There are 5 plots (1-5) across the back (behind the 3 footmarkers in picture #2. There are also 2 plots (6-7) beside the 3 markers in picture #2. This area allows only ground level markers. It also allows 1 large family marker which would be available to the purchaser of the 5 rear plots or all 7 plots. My great-aunt, great grandmother and grandfather (Anderson) are in plots 8,9,&10. As you can see in the pictures there is a beautiful large oak tree to the back of this area. What a beautiful setting. FYI: These pictures were taken right about noon time. Lots similar (ground markers) to these are selling for $1000 each, purchased from Elm Ridge. We are selling ours for $1300 for a double and we, the sellers will pay the $75.00 transfer fee. To purchase all 7, total price would be $4500 and once again we will pay the transfer fee. Reason for selling: Our grandfather purchased these years ago for the family. These were passed down to us via our Mother who recently passed away and was laid to rest in TX. We are located out of state and do not foresee returning to the area so the decision has been made to sell. We are not trying to make a profit off of these. All proceeds will be used to pay the balance of our Mothers funeral and to purchase her marker. Feel free to ask any questions or concerns. Purchaser will take posession of plots at close of transaction. Non-refundable deposit of 25% of total purchase not to exceed $500, required within 24 hours of purchase via paypal or overnite certified funds.
