Steps for transferring the membership: Upon completion of payment, the buyer will be sent: 1.      The signed membership transfer agreement to be completed by the new member. (must be 18 years or older) 2.      A copy of Sellers License. Upon receiving the documents, the buyer must complete and send to Bally: 1.      The completed membership transfer agreement form. (as mentioned above) 2.      A photocopy of both the buyer's and seller's driver's license. 3.      A one time only $100.00 transfer fee to Bally. Membership transfer completion letter will arrive from Bally around 2-3 weeks after transfer paperwork is mailed.  However, you may enter the club immediately after receiving the transfer paperwork from me by asking for a temporary pass while showing the transfer paperwork to a Bally associate.
