Wax candle included. Create a personal touch to your next affair! Damages: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES ON PERSONALIZED PRINTED ITEMS. WE CAN ONLY OFFER CREDIT. Please be sure that you orders enough pieces to cover all contingencies. Custom Artwork: There is a 100 piece minimum for custom art work. There is a $45 setup charge if you provide ready to print art, e-mailed to us. There is a $60 setup charge if you provide us with finished black and white art on paper. We cannot do any graphic design work for you. Any custom order must be accompanied by completely finished artwork. Order Time: Standard delivery is 1 to 2 weeks on all personalized or decorated merchandise. This will vary depending on the time of the season. (PayPal preferred) We do accept money orders and checks, however shipment will not be sent until payment clears Please contact immediately if you are mailing payment or cannot pay within 7 days. SHIPPING Favors will typically ship directly from the manufacturer next day after payment is received. We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. AVAILABILITYIf an item should go out of stock from the time it was listed to the time of purchase (this is rare) you will have a choice of either a full refund or to be placed on the waiting list for your backordered products to be shipped. DAMAGES Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue a refund or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS. ORDERING DIFFERENT QUANTITIESAuction quantities are based on a full case size. I can sell multiple and partial cases as well Smaller quantities are at a slightly higher price per item as I get a discount with full cases. I can set up a "Buy It Now" auction for your desired quantity. Larger orders may also save money on shipping. RETURNS If you need to return merchandise for any reason, we will take full cases up to 2 weeks after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders. SAMPLE ORDERS The minimum sample order is $25 and at least 10 samples. You can order 1 each of any favor item in our store.
