We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. AVAILABILITYIf an item should go out of stock from the time it was listed to the time of purchase (this is rare) you will have a choice of either a full refund or to be placed on the waiting list for your backordered products to be shipped. DAMAGES Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue a refund or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. RETURNS If you need to return merchandise for any reason, we will take full cases up to 2 weeks after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it.
